ENOLZYME^TM Mannanase

ENOLZYME^TM Mannanase is a kind of multifunctional growth promoter because it can improve the secretion of insulin-like growth factor I (IGF-I), promote the synthesis of protein and increases the lean meat. ENOLZYME^TM Mannanase is suitable for different levels of various feed factory and farm due to its high tolerance to high temperature and high humidity as well as its resistance to acid and the degradation of digestive enzymes. It can effectively improve the digestion ratio of soybean and reduce the incidence and improve the performance of animal.

Definition:

One ENOLZYME^TM Mannanase unit (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1μmole reducing sugar per minute from 3mg/mL mannan at 37.0℃ and at pH 5.5 under the condition of the test.

Functions:

Reducing chyme viscosity of intestinal content—by breaking down the beta-D-mannan in the soybean, grains and its byproducts into some small molecular fragments, reducing their ability to hold water and trap water-soluble nutrients, resulting in the acceleration of the movement of feed, increasing feed intake and subsequent growth.
