Hot-dip galvanizing line (CGL) is a machining technics forming protective layer on the metal surface by digging pretreated raw material in liquid metal or low-melting alloy. Raw materials always adopt mild steel, alloy steel, cast iron, stainless steel. As to low-melting metals, we use zinc, aluminum, lead, stannum and nonferrous metal. Among these, we mainly use zinc as the raw material.
In whole processing, cold (hot) presed steel strip, after processed as followings, uncoiling, shearing, welting, electrolysis or alkali cleaning, material storage of entry loop, heating annealing and deoxidizing, hot dipping galvanization, thickness controlling by air blade, spangle dealing, cooling, skin pass mill, leveler, passivation, material storage of exit loop, oil coating, shearing and coiling, finally, the finished product is hot galvanized steel strip (coil). This zinc coated steel plate features ideal corrosion resistance, easy molding and coating, as well as being cost efficient and pleasing appearance. It is mainly applied to construction, automobile and electrical appliances.
