The production chain from raw material to end products is spinning,weaving,dying,finishing and sewing.Due to this complex production procedure,we should reduce this technical risks when using a new raw material.To achieve this,we employ veteran engineers to do experimental investigation and test for new technology in each production link.The general engineer formulates the technological procedure manual excuated by production department for every product to ensure the quality.This kind of management system ensures the unique features and high quality of products.
Used materials:
1. 20% angora, 15% wool, 30% PPT, and 35% acrylic
2. 30% angora, 70% hollow fiber
3. 40% angora, 30% wool, and 30% polyamide (can adjust on request)
