CXD-TS Diamond Die Blank (TC Supported PCD Die Blank)

Worldia's CXD-TS PCD die blanks are made by means of advanced technology and cold press. Technically, they are the same as WD960 (D33) and WD970 (D36) of Sumitomo and are applied to making high strength steel wire, spring wire and copper thread. Since 2009, Worldia's CXD-TS has been sold well and gained lots of praises all over the world. As a result of the serious shortage of supply in 2010, Worldia invested a lot in the equipment and manpower in order to promote the productivity rapidly.

Advantages of Worldia's CXD-TS die blanks:

1. Since the PCD materials of CXD-TS are sintered, this conquered the shortages of traditional TC supported die blanks, for example, external compaction and internal looseness of die blanks, fundamentally eliminating structural looseness, cracks and abnormal grow of PCD materials.

2. The featured design in terms of cone shape on CXD-TS helps to distinguish the import from export of die blanks in order to achieve the protective effect of TC rings on PCD die blanks and to enable PCD die blanks to endure more impact force during the wire drawing.

3. Because the outer diameter of TC ring of CXD-TS is relatively longer, this helps to provide PCD die blanks with enough centripetal force for support and resistant strength for wire drawing. Additionally, this guarantees that CXD-TS will not be cracked during high strength wire drawing.

4. CXD-TS die blanks are more applicable to high speed wire drawing.
