It is applicable to transport various kinds of loose materials such as powder, granular and small piece material, which includes: Clay powder, pulverized coal, cement, sand, grain, small piece of coal, cobble, and cast iron filings, etc.
While it is not applicable for materials with high viscosity and easy to be curdled.
According to its allocation, there are three kinds of screw conveyor: Horizontal type, inclined type, and combination of horizontal&inclined type. Equipped with other construction machines, it can accomplish the consolidation, distribution, mixing, blending, dehydration, compounding, discharging and stacking, etc.
It is widely used for the loose cement transportation from cement warehouse to mixer or from cement warehouse to compounding machine in concrete mixing plant.
