如图所示为DXDY60E型不锈钢箱体的液体包装机。该机的计量泵系统不同于普通的旋塞式泵体的工作方式。它是针对物料的强腐蚀特性而专门设计的计量充填泵体。具有耐腐蚀、耐磨损，断料干净连续工作等特点。本机也适合包装流动性较好的汤料、水剂等物料。

2.采用CPU集中控制系统，智能光电定位，抗干扰强，连续两袋光标异常即停机报警。
3.具有定位停机功能，带色标的包装材料生产时如包材走完可自动停机。
4.全自动测量包装袋的长度，无需人工参与包装膜的长度设定（指带有色标的包材）。
5.智能化的故障诊断并中文自动显示出错位置（如：光电出错、行程错误等）。
6.智能型温控仪双路控制横、纵封模具的温度，双转动臂封合，热合效果更佳。
7.最新设计的一体化电动切刀，可N袋切断，可避免卡袋现象，切刀耐用，可在机器运行时
调整切刀位置，从而方便了用户的操作.
