Function:

3. Underground drive unit (optional)

Advanced underground drive unit allows your entrance to be more concise. Keeping an integrated style with constructions.

4. Force sensitive wing

In case of emergencies or overcrowding, any resistance made on the wing will cause the door to stop immediately. In such situations, the system will scan for resistance every 2 seconds until the resistance disappears then resume normal function.

5. PDR anti-squeeze sensor

Applied for out diameter larger than 3.6 m at door entrance to ensure anti-squeeze.

6. Anti-collision sensors

The door will stop when the anti-collision sensors installed in the door wing detects any collision.

7. Safety switch

The safety switch installed inside the safety rubber is designed to protect pedestrians from being injured by harder external door components. When an external force bumps the safety rubber, the photoelectric switch will send the signal to the PLC to stop the door and implement the anti-squeeze function.

8. Wheelchair button

A wheelchair button is conveniently placed slowing door revolutions to a speed of 1.5 revolutions per minute allowing comfortable wheelchair access at a low speed.

9. Emergency stop button

In case of an incident, the revolving wings will stop immediately when the emergency stop button is pressed.

10. National safety glass standard

Toughened glass: Flexural strength of our toughened glass is 3 to 5 times tougher than ordinary glass. Impact strength of the toughened class is 5 to 10 times that of ordinary glass.

Laminated glass: When the laminated glass is broken into pieces, the chips will adhere to the mid-lamina to avoid risk of injury. Therefore cracked toughened glass with angles of over 90 degrees is not harmful to the human body.

11. Speed control device (Options for KM061)

Resistance could be increased when door revolves too quickly by applying speed control device (Manual door only). Ensuring a safe and stable revolution.
